Location, location, location! You won’t find a better place to live than our city of Tulare. We’re situated in the Central San Joaquin Valley, in between Fresno to the north and Bakersfield to the South. Surrounded by the most productive farmland in the world, agriculture is the lifeblood of our community, and with the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains on our east side and the California coastline on the west, amazing recreational opportunities are at our doorstep. Student Activity Resource Flyers
Tulare City School District is frequently contacted with requests from local businesses and non-profit organizations to support student activities through the dissemination of flyers or other literature to students and parents. While we recognize the important partnership of businesses and non-profit organizations in supporting our schools, the district may not be able to grant all of these requests.
In order to protect the educational purpose and limited resources of our schools, Tulare City School District’s governing board has established a policy related to the distribution of materials in schools that requires the Superintendent’s approval of the materials or advertisements prior to distribution (Board Policy 1325 - advertising and promotion).
