The TCSD Board of Trustees consists of five dedicated members from the Tulare City community, each elected to their position by public vote. This diverse group plays a crucial role in guiding the district's vision and ensuring the success of its schools. Their responsibilities include strategic planning, where they help set long-term goals and priorities for the district. They are also deeply involved in the budgeting process, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to support educational initiatives. Additionally, the board oversees the implementation of school programs, working closely with district administrators to monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
