  • Valid Substitute Teaching Permit or valid California Teaching Credential.

Pupil Personnel Services (Internship / Practicum hours)
Tulare City School District partners with Universities / Programs for Internship or Practicum hours for School Psychology, School Counseling, Social Work, Speech-Language Pathology, or Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
