Meeting Schedule
Board of Trustee Meetings
Regular Meetings: The Board shall hold two regular meeting(s) each month. Regular meetings shall be held at 5:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month, at the District Office Boardroom. During the months of January, March or April, July, August, November and December only one meeting will be held. The July meeting will be held at 12:00 p.m. (noon); the first February meeting will be held at 4:00 p.m.; and the June meetings will be held at 12:00 p.m. (noon). At least 72 hours prior to a regular meeting, the agenda shall be posted at one or more locations freely accessible to members of the public and on the district's website.
Note: Starting July 1, 2025 (July and June Board meetings will be held at 1:00 p.m.)
Special Meetings: The presiding Officer or a majority of the Board Members may call special meetings of the Board at any time. The Officer or Board Members shall post this notice at least 24 hours before the meeting in a location freely accessible to the public.
