The Information Technology Staff provides essential front-line assistance to ensure that all district technology functions smoothly. From troubleshooting devices to supporting classroom tech integration, they play a key role in maintaining a reliable and effective digital learning environment for students and staff.

Communications

The Communications Department manages district-wide messaging, public relations, and community engagement efforts. It supports internal and external communications by ensuring timely, accurate, and clear information is shared with staff, families, and the broader community. The department oversees branding, digital content, media relations, and strategic outreach to foster transparency, celebrate achievements, and strengthen connections across Tulare City School District.

Educational Data Systems

The Educational Data Systems (EDS) department oversees the operation of the student information system and associated information subsystems. The EDS department implements ongoing best practices to assure that accurate and current data is available for local use as well as state and federal reporting. It coordinates efforts to improve the functionality of the information system and builds capacity to meet the ongoing needs of the district.
