Mission Valley 3rd Grade Home Page

     We’d like to welcome you and your student to the start of a new school year here at Mission Valley! We are going to have a busy and productive year, filled with activities, social events, and so much more.
     Throughout the year, we will keep you informed of everything that is happening in the classroom, such as classroom plans, your student’s progress and upcoming projects. We hope we can count on your support this year and we encourage you to volunteer whenever possible. Research shows that parent involvement increases student success.
      Please feel free to contact us at any time with questions or concerns that you may have during the school year. We can be reached before or after school. Working together we can make this school year rewarding and successful for your child.
      Mission Valley Third Grade has the same homework packet that will be handed out and collected on Thursdays. The packet includes short assignments in math and language arts for 5 days, however students will have 7 days to complete the entire packet.

New District Policy:
Sweet treats are no longer allowed for parties, birthdays or rewards. Healthy snacks are welcome and we look forward to trying new foods with our students as we continue our focus on a healthy lifestyle including good foods and exercise.
