The music program at Live Oak Middle School offers opportunities to all students.  The music program offered to 7th and 8th graders consists of Orchestra, Intermediate Band and Advanced Band, Jazz Band and one trimester of Basic Percussion for those interested in drums.  6th grade students have the opportunity to begin in band or orchestra.  Those students already playing an instrument can continue in the Intermediate Band for 6th graders.
